Thank to its vast knowledge and competence, Leochimica provides companies with a one-year consulting service, directed to the company representative, which includes:

• Updating on the new environmental standards
• Phone and computer consulting on the implementation of new and current regulations and on management issues relating to:
  • Wastewater and treatment plants
  • Water intended for human consumption
  • Waste
  • External noise
  • Emissions in the atmosphere
• Assistance in managing relations with the authorities in charge of environment
• Assistance in the opening of samples and in the analysis concerning samplings performed by the authorities
• Assistance during preliminary evaluation, performed by the offices in charge, of the documents drawn up by LEOCHIMICA – TECHNICAL OFFICE.

Environmental issues are taken into consideration, analyzed and then monitored during the scheduled visits. The number of visits has to be arranged between Leochimica and the company during cost estimating and also depends on:

• Contemplated environmental aspects
• Size of the company (large companies or small and medium-sized companies)

Our technical office works side by side with the environmental laboratory and has the task of assisting the customer in the drafting of authorization requests and technical evaluation reports which deal with the following environmental aspects:

Water

• Drafting and forwarding to the competent authorities of permits for the discharge of domestic and industrial wastewater accordingly to the law in force.
• Hydrogeological studies conducted on mineral and thermal water
• Assistance in analysis review
• Drafting of documents for the drainage of groundwater
• Drafting of risk assessment documents for swimming pools
• Treatment plant performance evaluation (biological plants, physical/chemical plants) and optimization of the purifying cycle

Air

• Drafting and forwarding to the competent authorities of permits for opening, modifying and moving plants.
• Determination of emission points and control of legislative compliance
• Optimization of a removal system for gas released from ducts
• Elaboration of solvent management plan (Lgs. D. 152/2006 ax 3)

Waste

• Drafting and forwarding of permits to the competent authorities
• Sworn expert opinion for waste transportation
• Technical analytical management of landfills and waste treatment/recycling plants
• Carrying out of environmental management systems compliant with UNI EN ISO 14001 standard

Our environmental consulting service also deals with the drafting of the documents required for Environmental Permit accordingly to Lgs. D. 18/02/2005 n°59 as well as providing consulting for obtaining it.
